Yin Martini

A delicious recipe for Yin Martini, with sake rice wine and gin.

3 oz sake rice wine
1/2 oz gin


Stir to chill in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with oriental fruit or litchi nut.
