Under Kurant
A delicious recipe for Under Kurant, with Absolut ® Kurant vodka, Blue Curacao liqueur, pineapple juice and Chambord ® raspberry liqueur.
1 oz Absolut ® Kurant vodka
1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Chambord ® raspberry liqueur
Shake the absolut kurant, blue curacao, and pineapple juice with ice. Pour into a shot or low-ball glass, be sure and leave a bit of room to spare. Add just enough chambord to color the bottom of the glass.
