Sea Fizz

A delicious recipe for Sea Fizz, with Deva ® absinthe, lemon juice, sugar, egg and soda water.

1 1/2 oz Deva ® absinthe
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
soda water


Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass and fill with seltzer.

This drink is most often served in a Highball Glass
