Palais Royal

A delicious recipe for Palais Royal, with Champagne, cognac, cherry brandy and lemon juice.

3 oz Champagne
1 oz cognac
1/3 oz cherry brandy
1 tsp lemon juice


Pour ingredients into a wine glass half-filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a half-slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.
