Ice Palace

A delicious recipe for Ice Palace, with light rum, Galliano ® herbal liqueur, apricot brandy, pineapple juice, lemon juice and orange.

1 oz light rum
1/2 oz Galliano ® herbal liqueur
1/2 oz apricot brandy
2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 slice orange


Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Garnish with the slice of orange and a cherry (if desired) and serve.
