Galway Grey

A delicious recipe for Galway Grey, with vodka, white creme de cacao, Cointreau ® orange liqueur, lime juice and light cream.

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz Cointreau ® orange liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
light cream


Stir all ingredients (except cream) together, and pour into a cocktail glass. Float fresh light cream on top, sprinkle with grated orange peel, and serve.
