Derby Daiquiri

A delicious recipe for Derby Daiquiri, with light rum, orange juice, lime juice and sugar.

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar


Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup shaved ice in an electric blender at a low speed. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
