Casablanca
A delicious recipe for Casablanca, with white rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and grenadine syrup.
2 oz white rum 1/2 oz coconut rum 4 oz pineapple juice 1 oz coconut cream 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass. Add grenadine, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve unstirred.
