Cafe Au Kirsch

A delicious recipe for Cafe Au Kirsch, with Kirschwasser ® cherry brandy, sugar, egg and coffee.

1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser ® cherry brandy
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
coffee


Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.
