Cabaret Martini
A delicious recipe for Cabaret Martini, with gin, Dubonnet ® Rouge vermouth, Angostura ® bitters and Pernod ® licorice liqueur.
3 oz gin 1 1/2 oz Dubonnet ® Rouge vermouth 4 dashes Angostura ® bitters 4 dashes Pernod ® licorice liqueur
Pour the gin, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.
