Apple a la Mode

A delicious recipe for Apple a la Mode, with dark rum, apple juice and vanilla ice cream.

1 oz dark rum
2 oz apple juice
1 tbsp vanilla ice cream


Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a double cocktail glass with a sprig of mint.
