Apple Fizz

A delicious recipe for Apple Fizz, with apple brandy, apple juice, lime juice and soda water.

2 oz apple brandy
4 oz apple juice
1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 oz soda water


Pour the apple brandy, apple juice and lime juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Top with soda water, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
