Apollo 13
A delicious recipe for Apollo 13, with white rum, cream, Grand Marnier ® orange liqueur, Galliano ® herbal liqueur and grenadine syrup.
2 oz white rum
2 oz fresh cream
1/2 oz Grand Marnier ® orange liqueur
1/2 oz Galliano ® herbal liqueur
1 dash grenadine syrup
Pour the white rum, cream, Grand Marnier, Galliano and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a 5 oz champagne saucer or glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
