Amaretto Shake

A delicious recipe for Amaretto Shake, with chocolate ice cream, brandy and amaretto almond liqueur.

2 scoops chocolate ice cream
2 oz brandy
2 oz amaretto almond liqueur


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve in chilled champagne saucer garnished with bittersweet chocolate shavings.
