Acapulco Clam Digger
A delicious recipe for Acapulco Clam Digger, with tequila, tomato juice, clam juice, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco ® sauce.
1 1/2 oz tequila 3 oz tomato juice 3 oz clam juice 3/4 tbsp horseradish 1 splash fresh lemon juice Worcestershire sauce Tabasco ® sauce
Mix over cracked ice in an lowball glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Note: you can substitute Clamato juice (6 oz.) for the tomato juice and the clam juice.
