A Furlong Too Late

A delicious recipe for A Furlong Too Late, with light rum, ginger beer and lemon.

2 oz light rum
4 oz ginger beer
1 twist lemon peel


Pour rum and ginger beer into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and garnish with a lemon twist.
